Default what if you can afford a set of 18's . . .

sup Ted.

What are the TC's running? Still 17x something?

I personally prefer a 17 just because you get more sidewall, more information upon reaching the limit.

Plus I don't have to buy new rims.

Also used oem S4 rims generally go for about $100 each making them an attractive option for a track set . . .

With 18's the sidewall is so short the spring rate of the tire becomes a tiny envelope. Not a lot of compliance in the assembly.

Default 17s are lighter, smaller polar moment, and cheaper :)
