here's one reason not to do it. Can care less how nice of a coupe the M3 is...how great it handles, and so on. Default That's more a product of the mods than the OEM equipment.
OEM M3s don't sound like that. That one almost sounds like a G35 which do sound horrible from the factory.

Yep, they sound pretty bad. It's a metallic fartnocker sound. Too bad. Nice car otherwise.

Default OEM still sounds bad (IMHO). I agree with your G35 comment. Two decent cars with...
crappy exhaust sounds.
