No. You need an M or T box ECU.

Default No. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think ECU's are only reverse-compatible, not forward.

I.E. 2002 ECU can be made to work in a 2000 S4, but a 2000 ECU will not work in a 2002 S4.

Default Wrong.

The only two ECU's that are compatable, are M &amp; T. '01.5 and '02.

All others are not.

Now that I've said that, Maybe TIP ECU's from '01.5 and '02 are compatable too... but I don't have a tip.
