If I change my evoms cone to a itg foam cone will it sound the same?

ahh I see. You might want to check out summit racing......
You can order many different sized K&N filters from them or if you have the K&N part number, the identical filter that was on your evoms. As far as sound goes, I would imagine the itg to be similiar.
