it would be super helpful as a starting point for me.

I think checking the classifieds would be a good start.

Are you talking about mods or OEM parts?

that would be cool, i assume then its full retail value of each part new?

the service time / labor is also useful as i will be uninstalling plenty of this stuff

all OEM parts on our cars, its a LOT of research

if it was mods, it would be simple, but then again i know the fair value of most mods.

My thoughts are...

someone sends me an email asking for a bracket or decklid...

its going to take time each email to even begin figuring out a price. might even take a call to an audi dealer just to get the oem replacement cost.
