Default trying to stand out from the crowd. Everyone in my group takes classes but noone studies to take the
tests. I figure management will be more willing to send me to additional (extra) classes if they see that I'll put the extra effort in to pass the exam.

Plus, it can only help my performance review!

Plus, I worked for a division of a large personal lines insurer that was in the transitional stages of being acquired from CNA.
