I'm curious, who has CarFax accounts and why do you have them?
Did you recently purchase a car? Do you have it to check up on your own car? Because you are selling it? Do you have it for some other reason?

Unbelieveable. They have my S4 having an accident before I bought it (brand new). It ends up it was the accident I had in my Passat, BUT IT'S ON MY S4's CARFAX!
I did EVERYTHING to correct it-- sent them the police report, correction request, etc. etc. more than a YEAR ago.
No replies, no corrections, no way to talk to anyone. It's ridiculous.

i got my A4 ... October 9, 2001 brand new, right when the new body came out...
yet it was totalled Septermber 19, 2001 which happened to be the day i totalled my Jetta... what a bunch of idiots
