This morning, I went to the tow yard where she sits and it is quite sad . I've always claimed that it is just a car and nothing more, but somehow, I feel very sad to look at her all hurt.

I did start the engine, and she did start. Very rough idle and difficult to shift. Smoke started to come out of the engine. The engine only ran for about 5 seconds. And she was bleeding oil. I suppose that the oil lines have been severed, and the guy who towed it to the yard from the accident scene said there was oil and fluid everywhere from this car.

She has served me so well, and I don't think I'll quite feel the same with it's replacement.

On a more technical note, I think this car is really ****ed. The rear end has shifted (I mean the entire back half) a couple of inches towards the driver's side. In other pics, you will see that the camber on the rear is ****ed too.

To see this kind of damage is unreal. It may not be like some other cars in the tow yard, but this car is hefty. To get it to "shift" like this is quite an achievement.
