Just did my Darintake mod last night and ran a bit afterwards......
a noticeably quicker throttle response and....it is basically a free mod
Highly recommend it !!

Stock filter works fine, i have a 2000 which eats MAFs so any oil type filter would just cause them
to die that much quicker. I figure the stock one is cheap and easily replacable, and with the Darintake it works just as good as the other filters. I trust the filtering of the stock one a little more too.
