Default Heard from a reliable source in Europe...
BMW has a 30 minute rule. They strive to get any broken down car off the Autobahn within half an hour as a matter of reputation.

i used them earlier this year. 50 min. i think they outsource to AAA.

With the exception of Mercedes, doesn't everyone outsource to AAA?

Default couldn't tell ya, but when i got my 98 A4, i'm pretty sure it wasn't AAA and then it changed
over. maybe in 2000? i can't remember exactly.

I used Audi, they said "1 hour" but arrived in 15 minutes.

ok, so they told me 1 -1/2 hours so i guess they underpromised and overdelivered??
