IS350 vs. S4 Stg 2 +suspension/brakes - on track... how do they compare?

I can't see a stock IS350 keeping up...
what kind of suspension and brakes on the S?
If we're talking properly set up coilovers and BBK, that there should be enough to put some distance on the IS.
YMMV, clearly drivers will play a big role here.

Driver is #1 for sure... just in general, wanna know how stock IS350 fares in speed, brakes, handlin
versus... S4 Stage 2 with Stasis suspension and Stoptech brakes (as an example)

In terms of straight line acceleration, you'll have the upper hand (not by a whole lot though!)...
My brother owns a 350 and i've had plenty of wheel time with it. It handles MUCH better than an S4 on factory suspension. A B5 S4 with Tracksports will out handle it though, we weight less and the IS350 will need some sspension mods itself to keep up. Brakes are also fantastic on that car though, but how well it would do on a track with lots of braking - I wouldn't know.
If you have a STRONG (the majority are not) Stage 2 or 2+, you will pull in the straights, if not, you will be close to dead even.
With the mods you listed, you will be ahead on a road course...as long as the driver is good. :-)
