I gotta admit i do it sometimes on my car if im standing there for a while other then that i dont.

Yeah sometimes i do it on my own car after a while, but never done it on anyone elses....

Default Upbringing. They were not taught the value of other's property and rights.
When they get older, they don't know any better and think it's normal.

Default because 99% of people in the US aren't nearly as OCD as we are about our cars
It's like when people compliment me on my car, and then ask why I park so far away at the grocery store. Put 2 &amp; 2 together, dipsh!t.
