ive been learnding about N75 and MBC options, and i have an idea i didnt see anywhere
first, thanks EdyJun i love your page
the options as i have seen it are:
N75
N75 and MBC in parallel
MBC only
but what if instead of using a MBC in parallel to bleed off extra pressure over X PSI, you use a standard boost controller to trick the N75 into seeing less boost than actually exists. by installing a MBC in between N75 and the turbo's, you could move the whole N75 boost plot, say, up 3-4 PSI, or however much you wanted. basically, it could follow the red line in the post i linked to, except be 4 PSI higher the whole graph. you could even then add a MBC in parallel to cap boost spikes!
i really dont know what im talking about, but if that worked you could have the part throttle goodness of N75 with a higher overall boost plot for k04's or k03's/k16's like i hope to get.
does anybody have any idea if this would work??
PS. i am just a stage 2+ noob, im trying to learn my way into stg 3- soon <ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1584287.phtml">here for pics</a></li></ul>
