went to see the pig man yesterday....I asked him to switch out the xr chip for x and to replace an o2 sensor that I was getting a CEL for. He did that, leaned out the fueling a bit (I was sure it needed this....pig rich on startup and stinky, and horrible mileage, but didn't have reliable narrowband readings to go off so I left it til now). As it's set, 12.1 afr at wot in high revs....*maybe* a bit lean at part throttle but we'll wait and see how it works. Car drives like a dream now.

CF's around 6-7 when we checked (21-22psi spike, holding 20). I'm cranking it up a few pounds soon, see if we can't get the g/s up a bit. Depending on how that goes, might decide to try piggie's open element setup next....apparently its a lot louder, but I think i'm OK with that 8^). After that, maybe even play with wastegates.

Anyways, I don't think any of this will help you, just wanted to give you that update.

p.s. for others: RS4 injectors @ 4bar w/ walbro 255lph fuelpump, rs4 maf (83mm internal D?) to stock airbox.

my problem the first time it was from switching the actual chip in the ECU (like resetting something) - the CFs slowly rose again.
