Just bought me a bumper cover..Legal question..
i bought a bumper from don rosen* advertised from this site. When i went to the site the bumper cover, shipped is 416.57. When i call them to place an order, they tell me that, the site is wrong, and they dont know why, but that is cost on it. So i say's, hey's what the heck, go to the site and purchase it.
My question, because i have a receipt in my hand, that say'S i got's me this bumper coming to my house for $416.57, Is this the price they have to give it to me for ? ive already purchased it, have a receipt and im just waiting for that little man in the brown jump suit to ding dong my door bell.
Are they by law obligated to give it to me at that price ??

even used they want almost that much for them, and they are hard to find.
list on them is 650. p.s. may i make that lovely chicken pic of you, into my new owned pic ?? lol jk. sig looks good, may i rent ?

As a lawyer, I would say yes. Once the sale is consummated and you have the receipt and they've
taken payment, they can't then jack up the price. There is a binding contract for the $416 and they are bound to honor it. Otherwise they are in breach and you can sue to enforce the contract at that price.
Had the sale not been consummated and had you not been charged, they could argue that the website is just an advertisement and an "invitation to bargain." But that is not your case, as I understand it.

Possibly. Many have disclaimers that they are not responsible for errors and/omissions.
A while back, the American Airlines website had missed a decimal place or two and a few people got flights to Europe for like $40, including taxes and stuff. The airline honored the first ticket bought at that price for each flight, but not the thousands of others, even though money had exchanged hands and tickets were delivered.
