Just changed the tranny fluid with Red Line and 3rd gear still grinds...
Not if I shift slowly, but it grinds if I try to shift quickly or at high rpms.
My 3rd gear pretty much fuxored?

Sounds like it.
Try double clutching. It won't fix the issue, but it should prevent the grinding. You'll eventually have to deal with it, but if you can go easy on the synchros, you'll stretch out whatever life is left in the tranny.
