Just to confirm: on H-sport rear bar the 'firm' setting is the inner set of holes?

there is nothing in the instructions that indicates which is which.

No, i believe the outer set of holes is "firm".

I do believe it's the inner holes.

on the Neuspeed rear sway, the inner ones are firm. (not that it helps...)

closer to the center of the bar = less flex = more stiff

Inner set. Works like a lever. The longer the arm the easier it is to twist.
