Default Just drove home with the Stoptech's.....

and they are amazing. The pedal is much firmer and really feels like a tremendous amount of stopping power. About 15 minutes into the drive, the abs and brake light come on and are beeping. I hit the brakes and they work so I don't panic. The lights go off after a few minutes and come back on. This happened about 4 or 5 times until I get home. I check the fluid level and that is fine. I look under the car and there are no leaks.
Any ideas so I can bring the car back tomorrow to get fixed?

Default Who installed them? Did they unhook the brake pad sensors?

My guess is that it's just brake pad sensors.

Default Brake pad sensors were unhooked..........

the Axxis pads didn't/don't have sensors. The Brake pad sensor light is on which will be fixed by sodering the wires together but I am concerned about the abs and the brake light being on along with the very loud beeping.

Default I had no issues at all until now with the Stoptechs. I doubt the install

would have messed it up, I hope not at least.

Default Just went for a drive to check them out again......

No ABS or Brake Light!! was able to bed them in, 5 stops from 60, 2 from 80, they are smoking nicely as I type. I wonder what could have been wrong that isn't anymore??????

Which Axxis pads do you have because my Axxis Ultimates have wear sensors.

Default I have the Utimates and apparently they didn't have them...

I didn't install them or look at them before they went on so I am just going off of what my installer said.

Default My ultimates don't have them either. I think only the axxis stock replacement pads have sensors,

the pads for stoptech calipers do not.
