well I ran an s4 that is chipped. and pulled away. he said I was chipped. I just got it from dealer

Ok I need help finding out if my car is chipped a 2000 s4. I
raced an s4 he claims im chipped. if I am how is it going to effect my warantee. I just pickd up the car from dealer. now what

Your chipped buddy may have a problem...
I think it is doubtful that the car you bought is chipped. Most people remove their chips when selling or trading cars, as they can re-sell the chip to somebody else. Your buddy that claims to have a chip may not have one. He may have a boost leak or other mechanical problem. Or you could just be a b etter driver.
If you are lucky enough to have a free chip, you could use a VAG tool to check the boost that you are running or you could remove the ECU and look to see whether the chip is stock. Look in the tech section for ECU removal instructions.
