K03 Hybrids

What's the best, cheapest, most reliable K03 based hybrid (K03/04) that I can get in the next week?

Audspeed the best

true ko4 reliability, KO4 turbine and compressor wheels all in a well machined ko3 housing. I've installed these before with no problems.
