Details ...
Ask Jacob (Imolavirus) for the specifics he has K03/K16 on his car - here's my summary:
Upside: Market price for K03's (~$1200) are about half the price of K04's (~$2400), and the additional savings are that you don't need to change to RS4 plumbing. Also the spool-up speed is faster with K03 Turbine i.e. less lag.
Downside: K03 Turbine cannot flow as much as K04 in the high-end.
Of course the upside of mine K03's is that they are used with very low-miles, and Jacob has already inspected them.
