Default K04 Q: my NIB K04s have ~0.005" gap on either side of the compressor wheel, and light pressure...

...on the side of the shaft easily closes up this gap and allows the compressor to contact the inside of the housing; both units are similar.

Is this normal tolerance/bearing slop? Thanks.

Default Journal-bearing turbos are freaky-loose...

I couldn't slide a piece of paper between the inducer and housing when I tried something similar on my OEK04. . They're balance allows them to spin nice and straight on a film of oil.
