Default KO4's are in and it runs great!!! What is next?

i have an 01.5 S4 with new KO4's. i have the APR chip, tipchip, and that is all. I was thinking about getting a new fuel pressure regulator. do i want the 4 bar or the 5 bar?

You need to keep the stock 4 bar regulator in there.

Default TheDonn, these guys are totally paranoid...

First of all, it completely depends on how hard you drive the car on a consistent basis. 2nd, if you are only Stage III- you should be fine for a LONG TIME. 3rd, the real question is what are your overall goals for the car? If you plan to go full Stage III, yeah, you might as well pick up a spare tranny and send it to Level 10 so you have that tranny ready if you need it, but then again, why not do a 6 speed conversion, like me. Btw, I've been driving my Stage II+ Tip for 2 years with no tranny problems.

Default Btw, how many miles on your car, how hard has it been driven...

who had it before you (if anyone) and how hard did they drive it? All of these are factors, but if you've got fairly low miles and the car is yet to be driven hard, you're fine, at least for now.

if you plan on doing MBC and TC for a 3- type of deal....you should run a 5 bar.

Default Isn't he Stage 3- at this point? Semantics I guess. I agree with you, but

I assume your car has K03's (Stage II +). There is a huge difference between Stage II and Stage III when it comes to wear and tear on a Tip (I'm sure you know that). I'm with you, I have a Tip also. The only difference is, I drive the ***** out of my Tip. When the tranny goes, then I'll worry about repair or conversion
