Got side swipped and pushed into the median on the freeway today heading to the dyno day to get current numbers for new owner. passenger side of car got owned. the dyno calibration was done wrong and we found out that my car makes 187 hp anf 256 ft lbs. ..... :P ( the error was fixed and i have some free re-pulls in my future, i was pretty confident those numbers were off, a 2.89 fats at full weight, yes i said full with 4 people in the car doesnt equal 187 hp) and now the buyer doesnt want the car until everything is fixed and even then they sound sketchy.... ohh the dumb chick who hit me. new 3 series BMW, no license, no reg. no insurance. she tried to take off and then pick her husband up to say he was driving but after a few hours of shady crap the state patrol got it sorted out. car shakes above 40, while making turns and while rolling slowly you can feel all the bent wheels, needs new doors, fender, rear panel, wheels and surely some suspension components on the passenger side. both drivers side wheels are bent from the barrier. and i think my pass side intercooler may have gotten punched because the car was having a hard time holding boost. yippeeee

just think, if i was religious i would have been at church and the s4 would have been safe all day.

I thought the calibration was off...I came in at a whopping 136hp today.
 

The STI came in at 114hp and a stage 3- car did 208hp.

It was fun. I have video of your car on the dyno, Snow. I'm going to edit it up. but can get it to you if you want.

The calibration is way off. Forget the MAHA, that is one mean dyno. I thought

pull your mods and let your insurance total it... A new rear quarter, both doors and fender?
 

plus piant on that, not to mention suspension and wheel damage... you'll get that totalled out fairly easy.

You will prob make out better than if you just sold it.

i am with USAA and they treat me really good. even if her husbands (who is claiming he was driving) insurance covers it in the mean time the ball will get rolling with mine. i know this is going to be drawn out. if i got money for the car, bought it back and parted it i bet i could do better than the amount i was getting for it.

i would like to be abble to get enough with buying it back to take care of some debts that the sale was for and then keep it as a track car.
