Default Throttle cut occurs for two reasons....
1.) Actual boost is much higher than requested boost.

Or

2.) You exceed 1.55 bar-->max reading of the MAP sensor

Default i'm sure it can occur for other reasons too, dont you think
if its like a soft limp mode...other things can trigger it too
