Not sure how much can be put IN.... However, you might be able to get some OUT :P
Unless you're talking about squeezing an S4... in which case I'd say no more than 125 on stock timing (that's conservatively safe though)

mtm stage 3 was impressive, my butt dyno measured around 370 hp, but I think I could get 450 easy with ko4's and bigger intercoolers...

I wouldn't doubt that...........
The audi tranny uses honkin' big gears in its innards... not this spindly little crap-gears you'd see in other trannys :-)
(I saw some of that goodness when they repaired my tranny)
Hell, when a friggin GEAR costs like $300-$400, it better be beefy
