Default Lightweight Flywheel. I drive in stop-n-go traffic a bit and I usually drive around the

parking garage at work in 2nd gear at very low speeds/RPMs. I also shift fairly early from 1st to 2nd.

Is a LWFW going to drive me crazy??? STFA is hit or miss, which I assume must come down to driving style and conditions.

Top of the current list for stg3 is VAST Kevlar w/ LWFW... but am second-guessing based on driving conditions.

Default In my experience, it's the clutch, not the flywheel, that makes the difference.

I've run my Spec LWFW with a Spec 2/3 clutch and the chatter as you release the clutch was annoying, but bearable. The clutch action was also very race-like-- off then on almost instantly. Not much fun.

Now I'm running an RS4 clutch and the chatter is almost non-existant, much more pleasant. The car drives like I remember it did stock, but with the faster response that comes with the LWFW. A perfect combination, imo.

Default I dont like mine for a daily driver . and the rattleing sucks below 2k rpm

I installed a unorthadox raceing light weight flywheel and feramic clutch. When starting in first gear its grabby . When below 2k rpms and less than 15 inches of vacume the gear rattle will drive you crazey, But only 1,2,3 gears the rest are fine.

However i dont drive it daily and i do like the responsiveness and faster revs a lot.

A light weight duel mass fly wheel would be the way i will go next time if i can find one!

Default I have VAST kevlar with lwfw. Chatters noticeably below 2k rpm. Given your conditions...

I'd probably steer away from doing it. A parking garage will just magnify the noise.

In my case, it's one of the best mods I've done. I absolutely love the quicker rpm response for rev-matching. I really don't care about the noise. Yeah, it's annoying, but it's not terrible. With the exhaust and other noises it's par for the course.

Default get it... its fine.. i dont notice the chatter that much.. as long as you dont WOT in 2nd at 1000rpm

it wont bother you.. just cruising in 2nd with 35 % throttle under 2k rpm is fine.. its a hit
