woah, 575? prepainted? I wanted them when i saw them, but after thinking about my drop height, i kinda pictured how they would geta ll torn up. oh well, i'll use that money on a spoiler or something.<p>[ordered(01 s4 tip nogaro)]/18x8.5 BBS CH w/ 225/40/18 sumitomo htrz ii

Default Yes, I have them. They look great, are beautifully finished and fit well. BUT (m)

if your car is lowered,(as mine is),I would have to say stay away. I have tried REALLY hard to be careful not to bottom out on the splitters.End result? My splitters are split! When I have them repaired,I will have the body shop strengthen them and then we'll see. If they break again, off they come. However, I think they would be fine on a car with standard ride height. Hope this helps.

Default As far as height goes...

They actually only lower the car in the front by 1 to 2 inches max. So there will be no problem scraping them.

Default i have them, look great for 5 minutes till they crack!!

i had them reshaped, cut shorter(to increase clearance) and strengthened! the way they look and are is the way they should have come originally!

Default SlvrBulletS4 please read...

I just ordered the lip spoiler for my S4. Was that a bad idea as I do a lot of driving in Manhattan. I hear it only lowers the car by 2 inches, and the suspensions have not been touched. Please advise me, I can always cancel the order. Also there is one street I drive over every day with speed bumps, am I going to crush the spoiler?

the spoilers look great, but their strength is severely compromised to be light weight...i had mine cut (basically in half and reshaped to match my wing) also had the splitters strengthened with fiberglass) put it this way if you hit something(anything) either head on or scrape the bottom of the spoiler it will crack along the seam!!one option is to buy the splitters unpainted and have you body guy strengthen and paint them!!!

I'm getting the MTM Springs...will it be too low with these?? I really like the look of these on the S4. It completes the look of the front spoiler.
