LOOK HERE!!!
K now that I have your attention. I would like to invite all of you in the Columbus,Ohio area to come up to Home Depot on Sawmill Rd. This Friday night 9:30-? just off of I270 there was a news article run in the dispatch about how all the Ricers meet up there and there is going to be an estimated 400 cars I think we need to show them what a real peice of work is!! So bring up any Audi you have tell all your friends and lets hope to have a good turnout!
When you arive in the parking lot goo twards the store and there will be a red 85 Coupe GT and possibly a 90 park anywhere near. See you all soon!
Would Truly Love To See a Couple Real AWD Turbos!

Sounds like a good place NOT to be.
If there is an article in the paper, and there will be an expected 400 cars...there will probably be enough police there making everyone's lives miserable. At the very least, they could rope the entire crowd up and write tickets for loitering.

No the nice thing is its private property and the cops dont mess with us Home Depot says they would rather have us in the lot than racing through the streets. So we have permission to be there!
If you act stupid you get tickets otherwise its a great time!

Hate to break your heart...
If the police want to be bastards...they WILL.
1. You HAVE to drive on public roads to get in and out of Home Depot.
2. Virtually everyone drives a few mph over the speed limit, so nailing people on speeding is technically very easy, IF the police choose to make an issue out of this.
3. With crowds like this, it's VERY easy to spot cars with missing front plates, illegal lights, window tint, and a host of other minor infractions. Once again, if the police choose to make an issue of it, I would bet 80% or more of the cars that attend will have one or more violation
I'm not saying people shouldn't go, I'm not criticizing you. I'm just reminding people that events like these usually serve to line the pockets of the local police dept., especially if they caught wind of the publicity.
