Default There is a great one made for BMW 3 series. The supposedly fits well. I have the link at work.

Honestly, I use a full size sheet. It fits perfectly and is cheap.

Default Seat bottom removes easily, you could then make a dog-proof replacement, if you do not carry humans

Default I bought black bath mats at IKEA -

the rubber backing keeps them from sliding around the leather seats, and they are easy to stow and clean. Plus they match my interior. MUCH cheaper than the bimmer hammock.
