Default Looking for feedback on 18" OZ Crono Evolutions.

Yet another wheel I'm considering. Anyone have them? I understand they are fairly light, around 18lbs. How strong are they? Do they fit w/o spacers? Is the offset et35? Is the "OZ" decal on the spoke an option or removable? TIA

I considered them at one point until I found out the decal could NOT be easily removed.

Default Damn, I was afraid of that. I think it looks ...well...tacky!

Is it a decal or painted on?

Not wanted to offend anyone but I don't like the way they look on the S4, just my opinion.

Default No offense taken. If I didn't want opinions, I wouldn't post.

Just am struggling to find a simple, classy, 5 or 6 spoke that is light and looks good (and fits)

The decal is under the clearcoat.

Default John, if you are going with 18" wheels, why not try...

The Compomotive MO wheels. Very strong rally grade wheels.

If I was willing to go to 18s, this is what I would get.

(They come in silver...)

Default Compomotive are excellent wheels

A little heavy but incredibly tough! I'm running 17" MO's on my Escort Cossie. They have stood up incredibly well to Montana roads with a 235/40 17 tire. Thinking of getting the 18" MO in silver for my S4. They are powder coated so the paint should hold up really well to. It took a little over a month to get mine.
