If you're willing to break the piggy bank, PS2s.

Default Willing to sacrifice?

I'm currently running BF Goodrich T/A KDW2's. They are very nice for cornering, I like them. Unfortunately, they drone at 40 (common cruising speed), and at 60. So, I compensate by kicking it up another 5mph ;-p

So far I've ran Michelin pilot sports, Yoko AVS sports, Falken GRB FK451, and now the BF Goodrich. If I were buying a tire, I would go with the Yoko's. Quiet, and plenty of grip.

I've heard good things about the Goodyear Eagle GSD3's - I think that's their title. Probably worth checkin those out as well.

Default Yeah, like I said. They can get a bit annoying.

BUT, so far I've been the happiest with these performance-wise. Very sticky on the street, drag strip, and hopefully the track (haven't hit the track on these yet).

If you can handle a little noise go for it. Turn up your stereo if necessary :-)

Default Here's my invoice from Tirerack.

4 225/40YR18 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2
for Unspecified Vehicle $162.00 $648.00

I believe I got them at a discounted price. You'll have to contact them and discuss. I chose to run a 225 instead of the 235's. I had uneven wear on my Falkens on the interior wall. These tires run a bit wide.
