Looking for the perfect gift for my S4 owning Husband (we've married since I created the handle)
Hey there!
Well, it's been a few years, but I posted here once before about trying to find a gift for my Husband who owns an S4. I got some great suggestions and purchsed them the last few years (a radar detector and the "chip" for his car).
I'm back to ground zero, though. I've been thinking about a certificate for the Skip Barber school -- but it's a little pricey for one day and I'm not sure how much he'll appreciate it.
Any other fun ideas? He's a computer and electronics freak - so keep that in mind.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

It all depends on how much you're willing to fork over for your super special husband

Anything from a medium gift of $50 - $150 up to a bigger gift of $300-$400

The Audi Sport All Weather mats. $100
Plus there are driving schools that he can take his car too. They run from $150-300 for 1-2 days worth.
You could even go and both of you drive.

Mats are a great idea - only trouble is I got those for him last year.
What schools are that price? Do you have one you could recomend. Skip Barber is VERY expensive

Hmm, as far as electronic stuff goes....
you could look at boost gauges - since he's chipped, that's always a bonus... There are a few choices here..
* A-pillar mounted
* A/C vent mounted
* heads-up-display type
if he has a laptop, a VAG-COM tool (<a href="http://www.ross-tech.com/">www.ross-tech.com</a>) can be pretty useful (unless he has someone he knows that has it, and can borrow it readily)
Hmm... what else....

i have h and r coilovers....everyone has a fav...u can search this forum or your
search engine s4 suspension upgrades...apr.comm... mtm... both have packages,..try there....the car with chip and no suspension really has a lot of squat under acceleration....and is unsettled from on throttle to braking situations....it is a good next step....
