Looks like I got an engine oil leak
How bad is this?

Also, is this metal bar supposed to be so close to the hose? It's almost cutting off the flow of oil.

Not constricting oil. Constricting the flow of coolant to the oil cooler.
Agreed it doesn't look normal to have that bar there like that. Could be coolant that you are leaking it could be a redish brown as it gets older.

something's not right with that crimped oil line.
I don't remember what mine looks like, but I'm almost certain something is routed incorrectly.
Is that line pressurized much? If so that'll force oil through, but IMO that's still not a good thing to restrict flow.
