It looks like I spoke too soon when I said ECS was awesome....
I ordered parts (rear main seal, exhaust mani gaskets, exhaust mani nuts, k04 gasket kit, and drain plug washers) almost two weeks ago.
I recieved the package last thursday, and noticed I was missing the exhaust mani nuts and drain plug washers.
I e-mailed ECS on Monday asking what is going on with the rest of my parts.
Today, they finally responded, apologizing for the mistake and saying they would ship them out as soon as possible. :-/
I had been expecting the drain plug washers any day for the last week. If I would have known, I would have gone and picked some up from the dealership. Instead, I am still waiting and my oil still hasn't been changed!

So its not just me
I ordered samco's, hose clamps for them, some exhaust clamps, and assorted other stuff about a month ago. Things went out a couple of days late but still in time, but the box was missing about half the clamps for the samco's and the bolts for the exhaust clamps. I called, told them what was up, they said they'd send the stuff. I get the box, the samco clamps are there but no exhaust clamp bolts. I had to call again and finally got the bolts last week. After the lovefest here a while ago I thought I just was cursed or something.

OT: so whats PEB Tuning - are you a shop with no website?
I saw the tagline come up a while ago and I haven't heard of you before. If you're a shop where are you located? You never know when you might need car work.

Fairfax, VA - the only people that haven't screwed up on me around here
are Autothority, and they charge like $110 an hour o r more. The turbos aren't toast yet, but they seem to be whining louder than usual the last couple of days.
