MTM stage 3 includes colder plugs, and this morning after my car was in for service yesterday I checked to make sure that my plugs weren't changed at the 32,000 mile service. The plugs were not changed but I did find that they were loose. I been driving with these plugs for about 8000 miles. I called griffen motorwork where the MTM stage 3 setup was installed, and Terri told me that the plugs have to be torqued every 5000 miles. I'm sure that this is not a MTM problem only since most of us are running higher boost and it should not matter which plugs you have they all tighten down the same. So if your running higher than stock boost check your plugs, or you might get a surprise. I was told to torque them to 20 lbs.
