Low oil pressure warning, but have oil pressure?

Low oil pressure warning, but have oil pressure?
So my oil pressure light has come on the last couple of times I've driven the car, it only happens when it's 2 temp 220 oil.
I added the RS4 oil cooler, and the oil went low when I opened the first time. I added around a qt, then it was over filled a bit, so I sucked some out, after driving about 300mi with the over fill.
I also did a engine degrease & clean, this happened after the water bath.
One of oil cooler lines has a slight leak, other then that it's good.
My thought is a faulty sensor, where is the sensor, & how do I test it?
