Default This may be the cause of my codes. Broken nipple.

As you can see, the nipple has broken off this valve. Any idea what this valve does or it's part#? (it sits to the left of the coolant overlfow res)

Its a check valve. May be the cause of the system too lean codes but not the O2 sensor code.

Doesn't that feed the brake booster? Isn't that a manifold pressure/vacuum line?

N249 vac/check valve. Part of the N249/BPV system.

its called Vacuum Check Valve.. you can get one through ECS. its another common problem..

dirt/oil was due to the broken part. rest of the engine is clean.

yeah my gf had a broken nipple when i got wasted and bit down super-hard.
