Maybe not the smartest thing, but i am doing it anyway................
i am going to get a n20 system to try again. The first one, the zex was installed but never run.
I am going to purchase a new zex system and try it next week. i am going to run the line into the bottom of the intake mainfold. i was too scared to shoot it last time. Anyway i will start with a 55 shot. Other mods i will be running to car with are: ghl downpipes(no cats)
ghl exhaust
darinintake with s flo
Giac xr program on vp 103 race gas
rs4 clutch
lightweight flywheel
etc
any guesses on the trap speeds or et.
Without timing done, at a strip(street racing place) i was pulling 113mph over the line with no n20, rs4 clutch, and flywheel. I know that the last part of the track, the speed is averaged but i still should be pulling 110s

Cause without the N20 looks like you're stage 2+. Only Blitz has trapped that high
on stock turbos but I don't know if you could consider that car just stage 2+. So I believe it if you've got some other stuff done as well like Blitz did. And like you said, it's not an official track with timing lights and all that. So that might have something to do with it. Do you have any pictures of your nitrous install?

Are you f-ing kidding me??? You don't have a clue about nitrous do you?
Not only are you talking about running a dry kit on an S4, which is definitely not the way to go, but you're talking about running a Zex dry kit. Those things are absolutely horrible in terms of quality of fittings and hardware. They look cool though of course so you can show off that purple bottle at car shows... Not only that but you're going to run the line into the intake manifold?!?! Do you KNOW how a dry nitrous setup works? Do you even know what on earth I'm talking about?! I really hope you do because if you don't, then nitrous is way over your head and you should do some reading before you get too fast or too furious...
Dry kits are plumbed before the MAF so that MAF meters the extra oxygen and the car's fuel mgmt system supplies the fuel. Obviously not a good idea on an S4... the MAFs fail, and they have an upper reading capability. You reach that point while you're on the juice and you go lean. Goodbye...
Go with a wet NX or TNT kit and do it right. Don't rely on your MAF to meter for the fuel. Do that yourself and tune it right and it's a much safer setup for an S4. At least with a wet setup you can deliver more fuel than necessary and just run it super rich to start off with and tune it down on a dyno. I hope that you're really not that ignorant about it and it's me that is unaware that Zex now has some direct port wet kit, which I would still never buy as anybody who is even half assed serious about nitrous knows better than to buy Zex.
If you do what you say you're gonna do, you're gonna get OWN3D

But Chris, your right.. However people are having success with small dry kits plumbed post MAF
Since a few of our tuners already run extra rich 150% injector duty cycle, so the car is already adding extra fuel in. But you want to take baby steps and be careful. But currently we are seeing success with up to 40 shot I believe.
