Is it me or does the new Ford 500 look an awful lot like a last model A6?

Default Is it me or does the new Ford 500 look an awful lot like a last model A6?
The lines look almost the same, the wheels look like RS4 ones, it has a CVT tranny, and 4 wheel drive. Even the interior looks like an Audi. Is this a copycat or is Audi building these for Ford behind the scenes? Man come up with your own ideas Ford.
