Default Mid-install boost gauge questions. I'm an idiot, btw.

First, when the AWE guide says "attach a loop terminal," I'm not sure exactly how to do that. I've got a bunch of male/female lookin things, and then the loop terminals themselves. Do I somehow attach the loop terminal directly to the wire? Doesn't look like there's a way to fasten it.

Second, is there a way to get the zip ties at the fpr hose tap REALLY tight? I can kinda rotate them around their hoses, and that freaks me out.

Default a loop terminal is like a Y terminal, but is a loop...

...usually you connect it to the wire by "crimping" it, though soldering is teh sure-fire way.

As for the zip ties, try pliers to pull the zip tie, and something else to push against the zip-tie block.

Don't lose your grip and rip the FPR out of the car though.

I didn't have any loop terminals on hand so I made a loop of stripped/twisted bare wire. I soldered to keep it all together and it works fine. If the vac hoses are on the nipple and zip tie is pulled as tight as you can get it it should be fine.
