Minimalist KO4 kit.
What exactly would be needed? Obviously the turbos, DP's, inlet pipes....what else?
Or would it be worth it to go all out and do it right by getting the full stage 3 kit? And does any tuner have software that works with KO4's correctly?

this is what I did
turbos, inlets, JP engineering dp's from Achtuning, stage 2 clutch from Werks of Art. The only reason I got the clutch now is that it takes 30 minutes to install w/ the engine out. I am running APR stage 2 93 octane software with the K04s. I am having issues w/ running lean up top, probably b/c of maxed out fuel injectors, so I would recommend a fueling kit if you can afford it.

if you do the stage 3 minus you'll probably be frustrated with all that money spent and really no much more hp.
The added hp is when you run the K04's like the big boys they are. To do this, you need more fuel (bigger injectors, pump, regulator) to match the denser air you're bringing in. and you need the software to run it all. if i was to do the full stage 3. i would go with apr. they have, in my opinion the best stuff on the market!
