Default Misfire on Bank 2 only

My sons car has a misfire on all three cylinders of Bank 2 (drivers side). The CEL flashes pretty constantly after the car warms up, and it intermittently feels like it goes into limp mode. He has no cats, so we aren't worried about destroying those, but it is very frustrating. Have replaced the following.
2.0 coil upgrade, no more ICMs
All O2 sensors replaced
New fuel filter
New fuel pressure regulator, adjustable from ECS, plus a gauge on the fuel line.
New plugs
Did compression test. Bank 2 is slightly lower across the board than Bank 1. 10-15 pounds on all 3 cylinders.
I can post a full scan once he comes home from school with the Vag Com, but hopefully someone can help me before then.

I NEED help, he has my S6 right now because he has to drive 350 miles to school and I don't want him to drive an unreliable car, so the sooner we can get this sorted out, the sooner I can have my car back.

We do have a Vag Com, and it only registers random misfires on that side. Haven't done a boost leak test, because it's only one side and they have a common throttle body. Worth a shot I guess. I know we replaced the bipipe with an APR cast one to get rid of a boost leak, and have new Forge DV's. It's really baffling.

o2 sensor would be my next guess. cam position adjuster/sensor or the like i'd only look at if they throw a code.

or if the adjuster is pissing out oil. you can vagcom test that too since the adjusters are a pita to change (one side you gotta timing belt/pull head).

Replaced the bank 2 cam tensioner, it wasn't advancing, now it is reading exactly the same as bank 1, but still the misfires.
In summation
Have replaced:
Coils with FSI coils, and the upgrade from ECS so no ICMs
Fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure is steady at 42#
All plugs
Cam tensioner on bank 2
EGT sensore on bank 2
All 4 O2 sensors
Compression is back to normal, and approximately equal across all 6 cylinders.
Car is throwing no engine codes except the misfires, and occasionally an
Full scan should be getting emailed to me and I'll post it shortly.

It almost sounds like a wiring problem. I would suggest unplugging the harness from the ECU and checking for corrosion and plugging everything back in to see if that might correct the issue.
