Default Mobile 1 0W-30 synthetic oil...

For those having trouble finding it, you can buy it on-line from Auto Barn at the following URL. It's $5 and change per quart, plus shipping.

http://store.yahoo.com/rodi/oil44877.html</a

No problem. I was just responding, I thought, to some folks that were having difficulty finding it.

It's much tougher locating M1 0w-40....0w-30 is more readily available.

Default I'm coming up on 1k miles, and want to do my first oil change shortly. Do you know of any where in

the NY area (preferably LI) that has Mobil 1 0W-40 weight oil. Thanks

Default Ted, your best bet would be to contact a Mobil oil distributor in your area....

....and see if they carry 0w-40 in bottles and are willing and able to sell to consumers.

I purchased 5 cases of Mobil-1 0w-40 from one of my local distributors for $26 per case ($4.33/quart).

Other than a distributor, it will probably be difficult finding that weight through any of the normal consumer channels such as auto parts stores or Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc.

Mobil Oil Distributor Locator
