happened, here was the shopping list and $ that I no longer have:

Original x-rays: $500
Actualy surgery $2600 (this came in $700 below their estimate, so that's cool)
Post op care: $206
Post op xrays: $500
Current tab on Rx: $150 (this will probably double).

So, let's say $3800 even.

Here's what the list consisted of:
1. exhaust (Audi sport or Borla) $700
2 rs4 bumper of some sort: $1000
3. 18" wheels (nothing too crazy, just something nice): $1000 + tires ($500)
4. short shifter: $100
5. begin turbo upgrade fund with the rest.

I life in the Pac NW, so ICs would likely not get much of a workout, but I'd still like to have them.

My wife thought we'd use the $ for a trip to France, but who really wants to go to France, anyway?

Also, if you haven't looked into pet insurance and you have an athletic dog, you may want to consider it. I wish I had.
