The kid is 21 years old and lives 9 miles away from his parents.
He has stolen from several people on this board and many others (probe forum). This guy is a dick and if I have to talk with his parents i will. He screwed me on this deal taking my hard earned money and disappearing. It is called robbery. I am going to pay Matt a visit.

Maybe LCP will agree...
but since Matt is 21 yrs old, do his parents have any legal responsibility or recourse for his actions? If not, I don't think they should be involved, especially since you stated he doesn't live with them. I know if you posted my parents info, I'd come looking for you instead. Just my opinion...

whats the point of visiting him? You are better off contacting the local police department and
your lawyer....You need to protect yourself since you never know what he might accuse you off if you show up at his house.

Just file criminal charges.
A group of people got swindled by someone near Carlsbad Ca, a year or two ago. Charges were filled and the lawyers went after him. Was ordered to pay back within a certain time frame.
