More Turbo options besides
OK I know this has been discussed before, but please help me out here. I am having my turbos fixed and they will go in sometime next week. However I wonder if I should use this limited opportunity (its not everyday one is forced to pull s4 turbos) to put in even better turbos than the k16/k04 hybrids. What are my options and is anyone interested in buying a month old k16/k04 with brand new internals (all the thrust and bearings parts balanced)?

I would say the k16 is all you need really. There is barly any proper tuning for those turbos never
mind anything bigger! K16 w/ fueling k04 software and an mbc tcd and some lemmiwinks tweaks will yield some pretty impressive #'s as mike2ks4 will tell you!

I am not pulling them out. The motor is out i am just waiting for all my parts before i even start
this project! I had a 01 s4 and sold it so i got a nogaro 00 from the auction with a light front end damage with all the extra money i saved i will put it into the motor and body (rs4 wide conversion) Time is no issue i just want it to be ready for Watterfest and H20 05 (eastcoast)

There are some K24s available now that will fit stock manis, and Mark
at Autospeed tucked in some gt28rs turbos into the "stockish" location but requires manifolds and inlets to be used.
