My "H&R street coilover" is blown (driver's side, my case). Any else?

I've got 66,000 on my H&R's so far and they feel just like they did when I first bought them. Did you lose a dust boot?

All oil has been expelled and the shock is non-functional
Other than that, perfect, if you like a diagonaly rocking boat, with the steering trying to rip it from your hands due to vibration over left side bumps.
It's a dangerous situation.
AWE had better replace soon... if they have any care for the business. I've been waiting 2+ months for a new shock.

The policy is that I must purchase a new shock first,
then install it, then send the old one in, then wait for evaluation, then presumably receive a refund.
I'm not feeling good about this. Sounds like months if not years for the refund.
