I know, many of you are way ahead of me, but this is big stuff! The damned thing has been in production status (D) since early August! It went to "Prod. Complt." on Tuesday! Of course I just found out today...

I was told my production week was scheduled for 36/37 - it's week 37! Pretty accurate 8-)

Until then, I just go drive my del sol, then my 4kq, and then I try to imagine the two of them together, but 25% faster, and with a navigation system & silk nappa, and well... let's just say I can't wait until I get to test drive one...

on my future Nogaro baby, with full Onyx leather and all the trimmings. Dealer is guessing end of October for likely delivery....

Called my State Farm office for a quote (I live in suburban Denver). $96/month including the following discounts:
- multi-car discount
- accident-free discount (15%)
- passive safety discount (30%)!!

I told them the model (said it was a "sport" version of the A4, since their computer didn't list the S4 yet), the VIN, the MSRP w/all options, and that it had SIX airbags. Paid off pretty nicely with that 30% "passive safety" discount!!

Hope you realize those discounts are only off of parts of your premium, not the entire premium

Of course, they should also give a discount for ABS, but the insurance industry feels that people don't know how to use them properly.
