Default My day in court...

Well, it's 3200 miles now with my Imola Baby, and I have had *3* tickets.

Imola definitely doesn't help in that department!

Went to court for my speeding + no front plate ticket...nice judge, I got off on BOTH charges!!! I only had to pay some $50 admin fee or some such!

Then I went to University Audi in Seattle to get my front license plate bracket mounted so I won't be stopped for that again (and also to take care of another fix it ticket for missing front plate)...hm seems I'm missing a piece of the front bracket, and they have to order it. doh!

One speeding ticket left to go to court for on the 31st. I originally got a lawyer to help me out. Now it seems that isn't really necessary. Maybe I just lucked out and got a really nice judge? He was dismissing charges left and right, as long as the person had a clean record to begin with he didn't give anyone a hard time.

Default That wouldn't happen to be in Bellevue, WA would it?

That judge that was dropping tickets left and right? I had a ticket dropped by a judge in Bellevue. Super nice guy. Basically, he was running late. If you had a good excuse, "Dismissed, NEXT!!"

It was pretty funny.

Default congrats, my experiences is SOMETIMES you get lucky...

...but I wouldn't count on it or take any ticket for granted. You could just as easily get the judge I had once...I was sitting there sweating the cop not showing up (I did have a minor technicality about the method they'd used for the radar trap but it was flimsy) and I was one of only two people there who the cop DIDN'T show up for...as I was walking out of the court, the judge called out:

"65 in a 45 eh son? You're mighty lucky he didn't show up"

The next time I went, I was ONLY one of three cases where the cop DID show up...you just never know.

Default NICE!!!

Jason, JasonF, Jeff and myself are all going down to fight our $480 2nd Degree Negligence tickets in November. We have found so many errors/lies in the cops report it will be NO PROBLEM getting the ticket off. I am 100% positive we will get it off, the case is almost a joke!

Anyway, You excited for Monday?? SIR baby YEAH!! Whats your current email address the one I have keeps bouncing!

Talk to you soon!
